Eating at Vïb Cape Town:

On the ground floor, alongside reception, there’s an open-plan bar, lounge, restaurant and outdoor terrace called the Eye Bar, offering various local and international cuisine to both resident and non-resident guests. Eye Bar is open to the public for breakfast lunch and dinner and serves signature cocktails to accompany a small plates menu of tapas-style dishes.

I can highly recommend you try their Avo Indulgence breakfast, one of the best I have had in Cape Town.
